What STK does not do
STK does not decide. Authority stays with the institution.
STK does not analyze imagery itself. It records who judged it and how.
STK does not use classified information.
STK checks claims, not people.
STK does not take political sides.
Why now
AI made producing claims cheap.
It did not make checking them cheap.
The record cannot be built later. It has to start now.
