Terms

STK provides research records. A record states what STK checked, what it found, and what remains unproven, as of the date on the record.

A record is not advice, and not a decision. Decisions remain with the client.

STK works only from open sources. STK does not accept classified material and does not investigate individuals.

Records may contain errors. STK corrects errors by adding a dated correction, never by rewriting.

Clients may use records internally and may cite them with attribution to STK.

STK may decline any request.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
